2004 Mazda Mazda3 S Touring hatchback light and electrical problems. HELP!
Starting last night my interior lights and certain electrical issues have occurred. I plan to write everything as best as i can so someone can help me because i am extremely annoyed.
Beginning thursday morning at 4 am, i was driving to work with radio on and lights on and everything was cool. i parked to wait for my meeting to start which was in 15 minutes. when i hit the Ebrake to park i noticed the radio lights and night mode on my dashboard turned off and i turned off my headlights and they stayed on.i thought this was weird but whatever i turned the car off and went to work metting. after the meeting i drove home and to school and everythignwas fine. i went back to work from 2-1030 pm thursday. after work, when i was driving home i realized my brake lights werent lighting up as i pushed the brake. my interior kights such as radio and overhead lights wouldnt turn on and my windshield wiper and turning signals wouldnt turn on. i turned my headlights off and they remained on. weird.. i then noticed on the dashboard that even though the lights were off the little headlight symbol was on along with the Ebrake, airbag and seatbelt symbol were. i got home partked and just hoped it would go away this morning.
friday morning i go outside and the car on let itt chill for a minute then i go around the block and all of the symbols i listed above were still on even though i was wearing my seatbelt and the Ebrake was off. i did some research and i came to the conclusion to check the fuses. i began with the ones under the glove compartment and they checked out fine. i then went under the hood and the fuses there are fine. i do not know too much about the electrical part of cars let alone a lot about cars so if someone can dumb it down and shade and help me fix this annoying situation that would be great thanks

Totally agree with Grim. Everything that is acting weird runs thru the Passenger Junction Box. That's the fuse box under the glove compartment. If that is what it turns out to be, keep in mind they are not plug and play and you will eventually have to go to the dealer to have is programed.
I plan to go tomorrow to get the battery and alternator tested thanks for your help.
If it turns out to be the PJB, would Mazda fix this for me or is it something I'm going to be messing with?
