For removal I would look into a manual. They are usually pretty easy (removed them in other cars), you just need to know the method of Mazda's attachment.

There are some factory manuals roaming the internet but most have been taken down due to copywrite infringement investigations. But if you join this forum/board you can probably PM one of the people and they could supply you with it.

I'm That's what I'm takin about... Nice thread

I puttin in a alarm and remote door locks. No one would touch it because the 3 has cable locks. I found a kit on the net that is made for cable locks and I'm putting it myself.. Electrical make me a little shaky. Most of the interior is out of the car right now.. hope it all works. I arready spent about 6 hour and still have more to do. I'm sure the pro's could do the whole job in a few hours.

later

Hey, I'm in Texas. I know EXACTLY what you're talking about.And I don't have a garage either.
I can certainly sympathize.

Bring it on, Bro.... if you can get through the rain we're having. EC doesn't have that problem in his area right now.
Can you say, "drought?" Thought ya; could.
