I had heard that hiboost is either OOB or not doing turbos for the 3's any longer. I know they had been having troubles and service was way down from them for a while.
Try tri-point engineering instead.

Hiboost has been knocked out of the Mazda scene due to numerous complaints in custom service, parts quality and inexcusable waiting periods for parts.
As Rich stated tri-point is the way to go or if you want to put it together yourself then look into F2 racing, they can sell you just the piping etc.
