Default Windshield Sensors and cruise control

Hi to everyone !
​​I am new at this so don't judge to hard ..
1.Recently bought Mazda 2 skyactive 2017 and i dont know what that censors is (on pic) . I dont have cruise control and i dont have auto windshield wipers.
And also Can i add original cruise control ?

Front Sensing Camera.

Safety items, like smart city braking etc.

Your owners manual should explain further.
