I have a 2013 Mazda 2 Venture, it’s currently got the stock Tom Tom sat nav installed, but I was looking to replace it with something more up to date and car play compatible. I was wondering if anyone has any experience of doing this and would be able to suggest both a stereo and advise if a new fascia would be needed or it can fit with the stock dash? Thanks in advance

2. Android Headunits

I would suggest the brand Seicane. this is the most famous Chinese head unit brand.

If you go on youtube you will find many reviews some bad & some good so I can't help you with this as I have not personally used this system but overall some people use it and say it's good.

Especially famous automotive YouTuber Tavarish he has 3 videos on this brand. One on a Lamborghini and 2 Mercedes.

3. OEM Lookalike Headunit

This head unit I would say looks wise is the best but software not so much. I have this head unit in my car. looks great but to start it up there's a lag for about 10-15 secs. then only I can access my radio and GPS. But once it's all loaded up. it works pretty well. But it doesn't have android. it's like a normal head unit but a mirror app will be available with so you can mirror your phone and use google maps or watch youtube etc.

This is an aliexpress link. As you know aliexpress is a reputable website. It's the same as Alibaba except aliexpress is for customer purchases, unlike Alibaba which is for bulk purchases.



My suggestion would be to go for the android head unit seicane because it comes with faceplate and headunit also don't have to worry, unlike aliexpress where you buy from nameless brands.
