Default Spark plug torque spec.

I ordered a set of Iridium spark plugs and now I want to put them in. I am going to use a torque wrench since I am a bit ham handed. I measured the threaded section and came up with 13.8 mm. Is this the proper way to measure diameter? The web site I consulted says 15 - 22 lb. ft. of torque. Is this right? Anti-sieze or dry?

For a facelift DE Mazda 2

15 - 22 NM ( newton meters )

144-192 IN-LBF ( inch foot pounds )

12 - 16 ftb ( foot pounds )

1.6-2.2 KGF-M ( kilogram-force per square meter )

I always use anti-seize grease.
