It's starting to get cold out so I'm wanting to install a remote start on my 2014 Mazda 2 Sport. I was wondering if there was anyone that has done one and could recommend one that wasn't too much of a pain, or rather, might be a little less of a pain than others. I see kits for some cars but don't see one anywhere for mine, they all seem to be the generic ones that come with a car alarm kit.

 

Yes most aftermarket remote start kits are universal and interact with an aftermarket alarm system. If it were scaled like model building, I would guess for do-it-yourselfers it would be a skill level 4 on the 1-5 levels.
