Default Airco (pump) sound?

Dear,
I’m in the market to buy a used Mazda 2 from 2017. I just did a test drive which overall was pretty good, however I noticed one thing I’m not sure of.
It seemed that every 30 sec or so the airco unit initiated/started with a click and then 10 seconds it worked hard to stop and do the same approx 30 sec - 1 minute later again.
in the below video (not that clear) you hear at sec 19 what I mean.

my question is whether this is normal or should not be trusted.
thanks!!

AC compressor will cycle on & off. Being a small engine the effect of the compressor cycling on & off is much more noticeable than larger engines.
