Default Radiator cold spots

Today decided to flush out the cooling system with wynns colant flush as it is overheating. No difference. There is cold spots on the radiator
Hot on the outsides and cold in the middle.
I've had the thermostat changed. Pressure tested and it's fine both pipes are getting hot top and bottom, so the the thermostat is opening as it should be and the cooling fan works fine and the heater works fine. I have to put the heater on to cool it down, not good this time of year.
Clogged radiator?
Time for a new one?
I've noticed the cooling system doesn't take as much
Coolant as it should
Any advice would be appreciated

Radiator needs to be professionally flushed by a radiator shop.
