HI all, Im new here. Just bought a 2013 Mazda 2, neat little car. Both FOBs unlock the door and turn the ignition. But only one key fob starts the engine. The other one just blinks the padlock light. All the stuff works when its on, except the starter/engine.

Im sure I am far from the first with this, but even searching I dont have a clear idea how to get that second FOB working.

Most likely the key has failed and requires replacing.
