Hi, Im hoping you can help me with a mechanical issue and that your many years of mechanic experience means you have come across this problem before.
My Mazda 6 sel Nav 2017 with 53k on the clock and regularly serviced has developed a challenging problem.
My car has lost power when the revs are below 2500 in all gears. Once at 2500 revs the car takes off like a rocket. If I plant the accelerater pedal when the engine is below 2500 revs the TCS/DSC light comes on and message display shows SCBS needs inspection. If I repeat this process with these lights on the check engine light comes on and Engine inspection required message is displayed.
When these lights come on the performance improves.
In general there is a significant turbo lag and and lack of power on hills . My local garage have plugged the car into the diagnostics computer but no faults are showing. The mechanic has also done a deep clean of the DPF and checked the turbos but with no success.
Any advice welcome.

If the engine light is coming on, there will be fault codes.
