Voice Warning!
Hi all,
We have a 2011 Mazda 2 petrol. Today while my wife was driving there was a voice warning saying that something had 'failed '. It was repeated three times and since my wife was driving on the motorway (quite a bit of road noise) she couldn't make out the rest of what was being said. I've never come across this in any car before. The car drives as per normal. Any ideas?
