Default Knock Sensor Fault

Hiya guys, I have a 2010, 1.5l petrol Mazda 2 sport. The car had a engine warning light for a knock sensor. Stupidly I bought one from ebay for cheap and the car started to misfire and read a lot of diagnostic codes that previously didn't exist. Since then, I have ordered a new OEM knock sensor and I was wondering if you guys think it could be fixed and if there is any procedure I would have to do. The sparks plugs and injectors all look fine and there was no misfires prior to replacing the knock sensor. Let me know if anyone experience the same issue and how you guys resolved it?

First you never randomly replace parts based on a DTC until you first verify that they are the failing or failed. Doing so often creates additional issues added to the yet unresolved one.
In your case I am not sure that the non OEM senso replacement was at fault?

Now you will need to go back and get a base line of the DTC. So make not of all of them as well the permanent DTCs and the I/M monitors in fault. Then reset the DTC drive and as soon as the check engine light is reactivated go and retrieve the current DTCs and check the permanent DTC and then compare your list. That will help narrow down a little where you need to look for your issue.

When buying parts always make sure that it is an authorized seller/retailer of the part. Then go directly to the manufacture of the part website and look at their application guide to ensure that you are getting the correct part.

DO NOT USE ANY sellers application guide not even from retailers like Rock Auto as they purchase programs from outside sources (usually not the actual manufacture of the part) for a part look up guide which they have been proven for decades to be flawed and not kept up to the latest information.
