Unhappy Fuse blowing up. How to detect problem?

Hi. I have a problem with my Mazda 2 (1997). After I hit the curb my radio, clock and overhead lights stopped working. I did check fuses and fuse (15A) nr 23 in manual responsible for overhead light is blown. I did try to change it but next fuse blown straight away after short electric circuit. I did try one more and was blown right away the same way as previous. Im not sure what might cause this short. Is radio broken, bulp in overhead light or something else.
Help!
