I'm working on 1998 mazda 121 and it has an extremely loose shifter. I have been trying to find replacement bushings for the shifter but can't find them anywhere.

My question is does any know if the mx5 of the same era used the same gear box as I can find shifter rebuild kits for the mx5 everywhere. Even if not the same gear box would these parts work, or is there another comparable part?
