Default 2013 mazda 2 program immobilizer possible with 2 working keys?

Hi,

I bought a spare flip key on ebay, it came with a chip in a separate bag, I put the chip in the key and tried to program it following this guide:

Now the immobilizer programming:
1. Using key 1, turn the ignition to ON position and observe illumination of the security light.
2. After the security light turns off (about 3 secs), then turn the key to the LOCK position within 4 secs and remove it.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with key 2.
4. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with key 3 (key to be programmed)
5. If the security light stops blinking after 3 secs after being on the ON position; it works
But it's not working. On step 5 the security light just keeps blinking. I do have the 2 original keys and both of them start the car.

Anyone have any suggestions? Or does it not work on 2013 mazda 2.

Thanks.
