Hi everyone! i have a mechanic that said he can't find the part needed for my car to work. I can't go without a car and need to find this part.

He said It's an electrical computer wire harness....After my research that doesn't turn up!
It seems there are three main wire harnesses
1 Front harness,
2. Dash harness and
3. Engine harness

From there there seems to be even more harneses.....(body control, airbag and door.....)

does this seem right to all of you? or is there truly a computer wire harness?

I was told that the wire harnesses are made by ford. I can't seem to get anyone at ford to help me because it's a mazda...and i found out from Mazda they are all discontinued however i found 3 engine harneses. I don't know if they will work for my car. need to do more digging but wanted to come here and see if anyone knows what in the world i'm talking about!
