Default Water dripping from front muffler??

2004 Tribute V6

I noticed that water was dripping from the front muffler. It looks to be a weep hole. Does this sound correct?

Thanks

By front muffler are you referring to that which is closer to the tailpipe or engine? If there is a small hole after the muffler towards the tail pipe I could see that as beinga 'weep hole'. Any holes/leaks between the motor and the rear end of the exhaust would not be a good thing. The question... is there airblowing outwhile the moter is running, that would be a bad thing? This is a long shot but if there is a heat shield on the exhaust there may be a hole in it.

I'll have to look again, but I believe it looked like a nice, small round factory-made hole in the first muffler after the cat converter. I believe that the car has 2 mufflers in-line after the cat.
