I was driving my tribute, about 25-25mph. I went to flip on the wipers and hit the shift arm by mistake. the car bucked hard and then the engine would only rev when I pushed on the gas but it wouldn't engage drive and move forward. It will go into reverse no problem, but when I shift into drive it doesn't move. Any ideas on what I did???

 

Does it move in 1 or 2?

Did you move the selector into Reverse while driving forward? If so it may be internally damaged.
