I have a 2003 tribute with about 90k miles on it but with no trailer package. I just paid this off and would like to keep it as long as possible however I need to tow a 3,000lb package boat (including trailer). I know adding the hitch isn't all that is involved with the trailer package. Is there a way to add the total package after market to enable me to tow this boat? I would probably tow about 200 miles twice a month.

The trick for you mainly is to add the engine oil cooler and transmission cooler. These should be available from Mazda as new parts (expensive) or pull them from the yard. I assume that you have the V6.
