Default Replacing standard radio with aftermarket

Hi, I've just bought a 2003 Tribute 2 litre here in the uk (after finally getting rid of the old Jeep Cherokee). I've found that the existing radio/CD player gives a poor sound, so I want to pull it out and replace it with a decent unit, and upgrade the speakers. The detail on the forum about radio removal is great - thanks! but i can't find anyone that sells a facia adapter plate to fill the large hole left by the existing radio, whilst leaving space for the new unit. Does anyone know where I can get one, maybe in the US or Canada?
Thanks folks.

You might try crutchfield.com I don't know if they ship to the UK or not. Is your Tribute's radio a 6 disk changer? If so would you be willing to get rid of it? I would payto have it shipped.
