Does anyone have a recommendation for adding the button on the seat belt webbing that keeps the seat belt tongue from sliding all of the way down the webbing? This is on the driver's belt. It is currently missing.

We need these on both front belts; any luck on finding the replacement buttons or something else that works just as well? We put safety pins on the belts to temporally hold up the buckles but would really like to find the buttons.
