P0171 message / rough idle/fuel return line leaking

P0171 message / rough idle/fuel return line leaking
I have a 2003 4 cyl mazda tribute.
I changed the fuel pump due to some issues.
Now when i start her up, the lil hose at the end of the fuel rail pops off and squirts fuel everywhere.
OBD shows me a p0171 code.
Im new to this and need some help, the car idles badly but does drive.
Any help?
