Default Noise / creak when turning wheel right

Good evening.

I searched quickly for a similar post under "creak" and didn't find anything.

Briefly, when I turn to the right, I hear a creaking from the front passenger side. It doesn't creak when I turn to the left. When parked, if I push up and down on the passenger side pretty hard, I hear the creaking. So it creaks when I turn to the right and when I push straight down. The car drives straight without pulling and I notice no issues with the steering or anything else.

Strut stabilizer loose? Control arm bushing issues? Insulator issue? Ball joint prob? Worn tie rods? Or would a simple lubing solve it?

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance ...
