Engine seems to rotate a lot on mounts?

Hi all, I am new to this. My step daughter has an 03 Mazda Tribute LX-V6 automatic and I noticed when changing gears the engine rotates quite a lot on the engine mounts. Seems like the engine mount closest to the firewall seems to have a lot of movement when the gears change. Is this ok.
