2010 Tribute, right rear passenger door will not open from either inside or outside. The power lock actuator seems to be working as the indicator **** will move from lock to unlock position but door will not unlatch. Child safety lock has never been set on either. I have removed the interior trim panel with great difficulty and spent hours trying to trip the latch by hand with no success. I have also remove the check stop and door hinge pins but can't access the latch to release. Any suggestions?
