Default Battery replaced - audio does not work now

I just bought a 2002 Tribute. The previous owner just had the battery replaced and the audio system stopped working, no power to it. I did find the audio fuse was blown and replaced it, but it still does not turn on, still getting no power.
Is there a code or sequence of buttons to hit to reset the audio system? I have seen this in other cars when the car battery is changed.
