2001 Shifter STuck in Park, but indicating Neutral?

2001 Shifter STuck in Park, but indicating Neutral?
So my car has been fine..no indication something wa wrong with it. and as I put the car in park the shifter went into Park, but stayed in Neutral....I cannot get it to move...any advice?
