I have an '04 Tribute with 95K miles on it, 3 Liter V6. Lately it runs terrible and misfires whenever it rains - which is a lot this time of year in Northern Indiana. I changed all the ignition coils and spark plugs. Problem still persists. Misfires now when it is dry even, check engine light is either solid on, or blinking on and off. Any advise on what to do next? Dealer wants $125 to even look at it! We are the only owners of the vehicle and it has been a great on so far. Help!
