I live in Germany but my car is an American spec. RX-8 with GT Tourning Package. I'm affraid of all of these recalls on such a lovely car. [>:] Now obviously I want to avoid things from happening by adhearing to the recalls. the only this is I don' know what to do. I bought my car off some guy who isn't here any more. This is my first "New" (In essence) car and I don't know about this warranty thing. Does it apply to were ever you are or is it just from the dealership that the car was bought from? I'm stumped[&:] The Germans where I'm around have a tendency to do ****ty jobs on fixing things around here I'm affraid that They'll cause/create a new problem to my car and then try to charge me for it. What do I do fellow enthusiast!?!?????

In the states any recal service can be done at any dealership. I don't know hat to do about the German's crappy repair jobs, or if the wrranty applies to your country but I hope that help cleared 1 teeny issue.
Why not contact Mazda direct via the website and ask/search for their recommendations in your area for warranty work -- as "87 Turbo II" stated, here in the States, any Mazda dealership can do the warranty work and are authorized/trained to do so.... I would hope that out of the States, any Mazda dealership would be equivalent! But having friends from Germany, I've heard them also talk about what lousy mechanics can be found there, but it's always been shops they were talking about vs an acutal dealership... good luck!!!
