Reverse light out are probably from a failed switch in the transmission if the bulbs check ok. Switch is on the left or drivers side of the transmission towards the rear. Think it has four wires coming out of it but not positive, May only be two. The two for reverse lights are Black w/ Yellow stripe and Red w/ Green stripe on the harness side. Try disconnecting each wire and using a jumper to short between these two wires with key on. If reverse light no come on then switch is bad. Easy replace with an adjustable wrench but don't forget the gasket.

On the tail lights. Do the front marker lights and dash illumination lights work or are they also out? If front markers and interior dash light are all not working also then check the 15 Amp 'TAIL' fuse in the underdash fuse box.

It seems the switch would have the headlights, dash ligths, and marker signals not working eother, but you're in luck. I rmeember hearing taillights often don't work because of bad grounds, maybe that can help.
