Anyone know where to find yellow tinted fog lamps?

Try Lamin-x Protective Films - Protect with Style.
You can tint your lights and it will protect the lenses from road debris and stone chips as well. Easy install on such flat lenses.

Thanks, but they don't carry stuff for the regular Protege. But I googled up some DIY tricks and looks like kids are using yellow glass stain. Looks easy too.

That may be true. I didin't look myself. But they do sell bulk film that can be cut to any shape. All you need to do is figure out how big the lights are, multiply by 2 and order a sheet, or two as necessary.
That's how I installed it on my wife's Vibe, and believe me, if you know what the curve is like on that lens..... THAT was a PITA, but I did it.

"Stain" will not protect the lenses from damage and will scratch off. It's basically clear paint w/no solids in it.
