a stock msp turbo and management will fit the bill. you just need to find someone selling everything that you need. at 5psi, you could just run a hot air set up and run premium gas on a stock msp ecu.

you need the turbo, ecu, manifold, s and j pipes, custom intercooler set up if you want to run one, intake tubing, blow off valve, etc. you can double the stock wheel horse power with 8 psi, so 5 is plenty just to bolt up and enjoy.

Hmmm, that strikes me as not being possible. Why? Because standard atmospheric pressure at sea level is 14.696 psi, and by bumping the absolute manifold pressure by 8 psi, you would be effectively increasing engine output about 54%. So, with only a 54% bump in engine power, how does wheel horse power approach anywhere near double?
