While on heat, it blows hot on the driver's side, but hot and cold on the passenger side. Yes, you can feel both hot and cold air. At first I thought it was cold air coming from the outside. But it does this even when parked. Any ideas?

the mixer has a little plastic flap driven by a metal wire. the wire has a clip on each end that comes loose constantly. that may be loose or the flap may be broken. all of that is under the dash on each side of the console and in the center under the control panel.

It seems odd the the blower will blow hot and cold at the same time with the heater on.
