Default P5 headlight problems

I'm having a problem with my driver side headlight. The fog lights and high beams are working fine, but the low beam stopped working. This happened a few weeks ago and I just disconnected and reconnected the wires and it fixed it for about a week. Now it stopped again. I didn't change the light because I'm not sure if that's the problem. I figured it couldn't have been burnt out because it started working again.

any help would be appreciated

Get some non-conductive electrical contact cleaner. Unhook connector, spray clean both connections. When you reinstall, make sure the connections snap together.
