I have a 2001 maz protege lx w/ 2.0L . the a/c compresser makes lots of noise when turned on. it quiets down after operating for a short time (as the pump cycles on/off this can be annoying). sounds as if clutch plate in compresser has some corrision on it. any suggestions ? a/c and defroster works fine, you'd think that the compresser is used all year (I live in central new york) that would not be a prob
