Hi I have a mazda protege 2003. The car has given me no problems up to this point. I drove the car thursday night was working fine started fine to. The next morning the car wouldn't start just a clicking noise when i turn the key. I bypass the clutch switch still didn't change anything. I banged the start a little bit didn't change anything. I'm clueless up to this point any help would be great. Thnxs

 

Have you tried to push-start it if manual tranny?If it starts that way check your starter terminal(they could be a bit rusty) and also the ignition barrel if it sends signal to the starter.Good luck!

 

CRX: you have a dead battery. Charge it and find out why it went dead.
