IDLE when in GEAR

Idle just fine on P/ N /R
when on D about 200-300 RPM down
ANy clue ? Thanks

could be the torque converter. although, if it were the torque converter, you would be having issues in reverse.

I thought EGR Boost sensor or VICS Solenoid valve has a leak in shut off Pos.

Is there possibilites of TP sensor wrong position -too low or too high Voltage
