Hi everyone .. This is my first post.

I have a 96 626LX 4 cyl and have done the following: new Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, clean throttle body and sprayed MAF, oil change, antifreeze flush, ran injector cleaner through gas.

Basically the car seems to run fine and also idles fine while in park or neutural. The problem I have is it idles rough when stopped and in gear. The car doesn't stall or anything like that but it is annoying that the idle is so rough when sitting at a red light. It seems to be idling around 700 rpms which I think is where it should.

Any idea's what could cause it not to idle as smoothly as it does when it is in park or neutural?? Anything else I should check ?? As stated .. The car runs great and has no other problems or Check engine lights showing.
