Can ANYONE please direct me to WHERE i can find any recent information on getting a front left door actuator. AND where i can get one this week?

i have someone willing to put it in for me and now not a freakn' local auto parts dealer has one or acts like they know what i am talking about. Earlier forums refer me to onlineauto - nope, not available - even the freakn' online mazda auto parts does not have one. WHY are forum threads referring to how "easy" it is to get the part?

either i am looking in ALL THE WRONG places or this part is not easy to get - especially under $200 - really?
