I have a 92 Protege and all of my chiming was disconnected(seat belt etc). What's happening is that I am putting on my headlights and forgetting to shut them off from time to time. There is no chime to remind me that I left my lights on. Before I pursue trying to get everything reconnected does anyone know if you are reminded by a chime that you have left your lights on once you shut off the engine?

I believe any years from 92 - 98 are built the same so anyone with similar years can you help?

 

I bought my '92 Protege new, still have her, does not have lights on chime.
