we just bought this 1994 protege and I'm starting to workout the bugs. It has started dying when turning right. what I've noticed is theres a wiring issue for the fans, looks like someone bypassed the relay. and the fuel filter isnt in the bracket, just hanging there. has anyone had this issue? Any ideas on where to start?

 

Sounds like fun. Start with the battery and move along. Check all connectors, see if there is tension on the loom.
