CEL with P141 code

CEL with P141 code
Has anyone had this issue. The CEL comes on after I start the car and when I got to autozone they said the code is P141 ( Oxygen Sensor or electrical problem ). Is there a way to check the sensor and also I see 2 sensors ( 1 on the manifold and one at the bottom of the exhaust pipe.

I think i have the same problem but didnt get the code.
Did they say it was running to lean or rich?
thats what they told me and RPM's are 1000 idle down to 200 and back up.
Are you having any of this problems?
