Blower motor no 12v

Blower motor no 12v
Howdy folks. New member here. I need some help with a 2003 Mazda Premacy or Protoge Heater/AC.
- My blower motor is not getting power at all. Ground connection is good. When I test the blower motor directly to the battery it runs full power.
- resistor is not getting 12v - new resistor installed, still not working.
- fan speed switch (manual AC) not getting 12v at all either. tested switch which is good.
- no blown fuses neither in cabin or engine compartment.
- all relays working.
basically I am not getting power to whole system.... what am I missing??
