Nah, the noise, I guess, is only a problem on the highway, but I'll be darned if I don't get sick of feeling every pothole hammer through every inch of the car. My wife has an older Volvo and it's quite a bit more comfortable on these neglected stretches of pavement. I get better gas mileage, however, so I do most of the driving around town
