2003 Mazda Protege DX Wheels
I'm trying to fix my old 2003 Mazda Protege DX for my daughter's graduation as a gift.
I'm looking into wheels.
Do you think 15x8 wheels will be a problem?
What offsets do you guys think will give it a flush look without having to pull fenders?
Thank's!

03 Protege Wheels
Hello there.
I have been researching alloy wheels for my old 93 Protege, so I have found some good information on wheel fitment.
For an 03 Protege, my source indicates that the standard wheel is a 14 x 6 size with a 5 bolt x 114.3 pattern. The aspect ratio is 'H' which means a positive +35 to +55 range, which is typical for front wheel drive vehicles. The bore size (centre hub dimention) is 67.1mm.
If you wish to check things out yourself, go to:
www.WheeLugPattern.com
There should be no reason not to go to a 15" wheel, so long as you get a lower profile tire that maintains the proper overall wheel diameter as the stock 14" rim and tire. This is known as an 'inch-up' modification.
I hope this is some help!
