Hi All!
First time poster here! I have a 2002 Mazda Protege5, 5 speed (of course!) and need some help.
I have a horrible smokey smell coming out of my vents - only when I use the heater. It does not happen in the summer with the A/C. Last year in the fall, I sprayed stuff into the vents and it seemed to work but now the smell is back.
I bought this car used and it may have been from a smoker - not sure. I however do not smoke and am VERY sensitive to the odor of smoke. I can't stand it!
Is there anything I can do? I guess there is no cabin filter - I checked the forum and it seems like there isn't one.
Any help would be much appreciated!
