Default 2000 Protege Readness monitors

Rejected 2 times for too many readiness monitors not ready for emissions. The monitors not ready are ERG, EVAP and catalytic converter. Driven the car more than enough in various conditions and been through the drive cycle several times. I just had the car checked for exhaust and EVAP leaks and the shop did not find any. This happened last year, I ended up replacing the ERG valve and everything reset and passed. Any ideas, anything I should check, possible ECU reprogramming? Anyone had a simlar issue, if so what corrected it? I did have electrical issues this summer where a rotted connection to the main fuse would occasionally cause the car to not start. This was eventually fixed and have not had similar electrical since.

Have you unhooked the battery for a time to reset the ECU? Might be time to clean out the EGR and its ports again. Change your oil as well then drive it HARD to get everything HOT before you test it.
