OK, just bought this 2003 protege5 and there as oil leak on the engine, passenger side of the car right next to the two bolt engine mount at what looks like a plastic detail on the end of the engine, above the pulleys. It's just enough oil that it coats the serpentine belt and causes it to slip sometimes. There is a scrape on the plastic detail, like someone pried between the engine mount and the engine for some reason.

How do I fix this. It looks like this cover has some kind of seal, so is it part of the valve cover? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
