Default 1999 Mazda Protege Start issues

My wife has a 1999 Mazda Protege, It starts fine from a cold start and runs great, but once its warmed up and shes stops somewhere, she has issues getting it to turn over.

I dont think its the starter or the Battery, It seems like maybe the fuel pump is faulty/goin out, not sure really just kinda guessing.

Any ideas or input on where I should start my search?

Thanks
B

Please, give us more information. How many miles are on the car? What were the last repair/maintenance things done to it? Is the CEL on? If yes, what are the codes?

OIl change was the last thing done to it, It has not had any repairs in the past six months at least and that was for a seal on the throttle body. 130k miles. No CEL

By "turn over", do you mean the starter will not turn the engine or the engine will not start and run?
